About the Tour – The Vision Wood River Valley Studio Tour, Inc. is an Idaho non‐profit organization celebrating the artistic talent of the Sun Valley, Idaho community, by connecting artists, art lovers, and those new to art, through an annual exploration of local artist studios. By showcasing the creative community within the Wood River Valley, the tour aims to inspire regional and out of state visitors to travel to the valley to experience first hand the quality of locally produced art, our vibrant community, and the beauty of the valley’s natural environment. Art lovers, collectors, and those interested in learning more about art venture out on self-guided tours to see as many Studio Tour artists and their artworks as possible. The event connects collectors with artists for engaging dialogue and a glimpse into the life of the working artist.

Board of Directors – Suzanne Hazlett, Brooke Bonner, Mary Williams, and Lisa Huttinger.
The formation and organization of the open studios event throughout the greater Sun Valley community are the result of the successful collaboration of two Wood River Valley entrepreneurs and business owners, Brooke Bonner and Suzanne Hazlett. Bonner and Hazlett aim to create a sustainable enterprise that will promote and establish the Wood River Valley Studio Tour as an annual art event worthy of participation year after year. Local, regional, and out of state visitors will be targeted to develop an audience and following for the artists of the Wood River Valley, and the extended community of businesses contributing to the visitors’ experience.
We envision a community recognized nationally for the quality of its local artists, in which people from all walks of life are able to appreciate, learn about, and collect art.
